Mr. Sarthak Belekar is a Strategic Growth Associate at Integrative Design Solutions Pvt.
Ltd., contributing to B2B product development, project management consultancy, and digital
interventions in the built environment. His role spans across IoT automation, strategic price
discovery, and enabling the adoption of energy-efficient innovations in real estate and
infrastructure.

A postgraduate in Sustainability Management from Symbiosis Institute of International
Business (SIIB), Pune, and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Sarthak actively bridges
the gap between sustainability goals and commercial viability. He has also been trained in
design thinking (i3 framework) and holds credentials in Generative AI, sustainable finance,
and climate-related financial disclosures.

Sarthak believes in dynamic leadership and has successfully completed Level 1 of the
Toastmasters Pathways Program – Dynamic Leadership. At IDSPL, his contributions
align with the firm's mission to digitalize infrastructure, develop energy management
platforms, and provide policy-driven project consultancy across sectors such as education,
healthcare, and smart cities.

He has been consistently recognized for his innovative thinking and competitive spirit,
winning or ranking in over 10+ national-level competitions, including at IIM Kashipur, IIM
Rohtak, IIM Calcutta, and IIM Raipur. Notably, he secured a top 0.1% global rank on
Unstop, was featured in the SIU Newsletter, and emerged as a national finalist in multiple
business challenges across domains.

Previously, Sarthak contributed to sustainable project documentation and BRSR reporting
during his internships, and supported clean-tech integration efforts. His passion for data-led
climate innovation and operational strategy makes him a key asset in IDSPL’s climate-
aligned mission.
