With a background in architecture and a master’s degree specialising in environmental planning, Riddhima has a diverse background spanning corporate, government, and semi-government sectors. She has cultivated extensive experience in multi-functional and multi-disciplinary environments, with a particular focus on sustainability. Her career journey has seen her collaborate with teams across various entities, including NGOs, socio-environmental organisations, and educational institutions. Notably, she has been instrumental in conceptualising, executing, and overseeing the on-ground implementation of CSR endeavours, fostering partnerships and alliances to drive sustainable change. 

Her contributions extend to the governmental realm, where she collaborated with the Environment Department of GNCTD to draft the Strategic Action Plan for Climate Change (SAPCC). In tandem, she has leveraged her expertise to develop knowledge products that empower stakeholders and advance sustainability agendas. Riddhima’s journey has honed her proficiency in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and operational execution, underscoring her dedication to effecting meaningful change at both strategic and grassroots levels.
