Mr. Ankit Anand has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Punjab College Engineering and Technology, Mohali. He joined the IDSPL team in July 2017 for integrating the best practices in the field of building energy efficiency, and energy efficiency in electrical appliances.
He is working as ‘IOT Engineer’ cum ‘Procurement Manager’ to develop energy-efficient products. The products are COMFORT-IDS, (the electronic-based control system) based energy efficient cooler (I-COOLR) & Informatics station for Energy & Environment (ISEE), an IOT based Energy and Environment monitoring system. Ankit has a strong background in government policies and schemes hence he is currently identifying prospects under ‘ASPIRATIONAL DISTRICTS’ programs of NITI Aayog for the sustainable growth of rural areas. He is also currently working in a team of business development to find new avenues.
Ankit likes watching movies and cricket matches. He has a keen interest in Indian Politics, so he can be seen watching Rajya Sabha tv in his leisure time.
