Karnika is just 22 years old and is starting fresh at IDS with great enthusiasm for sustainable solutions. With a strong passion for the environment, she brings energy and curiosity to her work, always eager to learn and contribute meaningfully. She pursued her bachelor’s degree in Energy and Environmental Engineering from TNAU, Coimbatore — her hometown — where her interest in sustainability took root and flourished.

Outside of work, Karnika is a vibrant food and lifestyle blogger on Instagram, where she shares her journey towards conscious living. A true multi-tasker, she is constantly exploring and nurturing her many interests, which include boxing, playing the flute, reading, dancing, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

She strongly believes that adopting a sustainable lifestyle can create a significant positive impact in the fight against climate change — and she’s on a mission to lead by example, both personally and professionally.
