The project aims to reduce internal energy usage for heating through passive and active strategies in buildings, particularly in the multi-block residential accommodation for the BRO Project, Leh. The project involves an ENS compliance check, building envelope heating simulation analysis, surface mapping, orientation energy consumption mapping, and coordination with various stakeholders.

– Eco Niwas Samhita 2021 compliance was ensured for 41 residential blocks.

– Early design phase assistance was provided to minimize heating load for all blocks on the site.
