Implemented mechanisms for disseminating knowledge to HVAC-R users through incentivized strategies. Created training materials tailored for RAC technicians working on unitary Direct Expansion systems. Executed a training program for around 2,000 RAC technicians in 50 locations across India. Collaborated with ISHRAE as a technical partner for material development and workshop execution.
