The project optimized the building envelope and implemented Mechanical and Electrical Systems. Energy simulation was used to optimize the envelope, featuring heat-resistant stone walls and a roof with Underdeck PUF Insulation. Thermal comfort was achieved through a Radiant Heating and Cooling system, complemented by a high-efficiency heat pump and climate-based control systems. Additionally, the integration of a Solar Water Heating system and a 3 kW Off-Grid Solar
PV system aimed to achieve Net Zero Energy Consumption.
