Support the UN ESCAP, UNEP and Cool Coalition team in the analysis of UHI Impacts at a township level, parametric cooling and energy simulation for testing of passive cooling solutions in all building typologies and in formulation of policy regulations for the implementation of PCS in Cambodia. Estimated GHG emissions mitigation from the project will be incorporated into the NDC of the Government of Cambodia.
