The EMIS project aimed to ensure ECBC compliance for building stakeholders. It mapped stakeholders, specified EMIS functions, structured TPA accreditation, selected software, developed implementation scopes, evaluated tenders, created operational guidelines, and conducted user training. The outcome: successful EMIS implementation enabled ECBC compliance, permit acquisition, and building energy performance monitoring.
