Sapna Shikshalaya is a school located in Rajasthan for underprivileged children in the nearby villages is opting for sustainable building to protect their students during the harsh summer and winter climate. IDSPL helped in identifying different elements of energy efficiency and sustainability, specific to the purpose of building and regional context of Alwar and advised on how to incorporate them into the design and construction process. Sustainable strategies for water and landscape to be implemented at the site level and at the building level.

IDSPL provided comprehensive design and engineering services and ensured compliance with codes, standards, and guidelines. IDSPL performed extensive climate study with respect to the passive and active technique in achieving net zero carbon emission building. Envelope optimization, energy simulation and daylight analysis were also perfomed to achieve the right thermal comfort for all the occupants.
