UN House located at 55 Lodhi Estate, New Delhi 110003, India, is an office building occupied by United Nation. It is primarily composed of office space. The building is G+2 storied, and the spaces are divided in two wings, i.e., East Wing and West Wing.

The project, UN House is seeking for LEED Operation and Maintenance rating for Interiors. The total construction area of the building is 44,670 sq. Ft (4,151.5 sqm). The activities included data collection, energy audit, indoor air quality testing and reviewing and assessing all the data with the UNDP team.
