Energy Monitoring Information System (EMIS) will be used by the building owners/developers/Third Party Assessors (TPAs) to show the compliance for Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) to avail construction and occupancy permit and also monitoring energy performance of the building during the operation stage.
