The objective of this project was to predict the Flow & Temperature distribution inside the reception area and to evaluate thermal comfort parameters i.e., PMV & PPD as per ASHRAE 55 standard. The fluid flow equations along with 2-equation Turbulence model is solved with buoyancy effect taken into consideration. The various heat loads in terms of occupancy, equipment loads, lighting loads etc. along with the boundary conditions are applied to the problem and various observations were recorded. Based on the Simulation result obtained the location of diffusers are been suggested for better Fluid flow and thermal comfort.
